Our History
CoMO-CAL was born from a need. A need to enforce of the Mobilehome Residency Law in our local areas. Many of us suffer mistreatment in our parks (the threats). Many are afraid, intimidated, harassed, and taken advantage of. more
Our Mission
To promote awareness of the legal rights of mobilehome owners in the State of California. To assist and empower mobile home owners to stand up for their rights. more
Who Are We?
We are mobile home owners just like you. We will not sit idle. We want to help our friends and neighbors understand their rights and teach them how to use that knowledge. Our Philosophy
We are powerless without unity. With your membership, we are one person closer to this goal. The threats are real. Those of us who appreciate our situation know full well we are in a war. This is not of our choosing, in fact most of us had no clue what we would experience in our parks. This was is due to the greed of many park owners.
We want you to be informed. This is your organization. Use it. Let us support your efforts to organize in your park. We are not interested in taking your money. But $15 is a small cost to pay. With it we have a good chance to make a difference.
