Services
Services we offer to our members include a terrific newsletter, THE VOICE,networking with other mobilehome owners in California, small claims court, listings of attorneys, 7 day telephone assistance, and much more. Membership is just $20/year, $38/2 years or $54/3 years. Non-members can receive THE VOICE, our bi-monthly newsletter, delivered in confidence, by U.S. mail, for $12/year.
Often times it takes an attorney for a park manager or owner to take notice of an issue. We are pleased to announce we now offer LEGAL SERVICES at reduced rates.
As of 1/1/2010 this cost is just $25/year. It entitles you to services, from an attorney versed in mobilehome law,such as a letter to your park owner/management ($100), an answer to a simple legal question ($35), and/or a 30 minute legal consultation is $75. There is a waiting period of 90 days for new members. Our attorney normally changes $350/hour. Join our "reduced rate legal services" today, you never know when you may need a qualified, experienced attorney!
Services to non-members include a single page flier, THE WHISPER, our Yahoo message board, access to most newsletters (THE VOICE), and access to most of this website.
