Legal Assistance: We provide attorney services at a reduced cost, including letters, answers to legal questions and consultations. Cost to join: additional $25/year.  For that you receive "reduced cost" legal services should the need arise.  Letter: $100, Consultation by phone:  $100,  simple legal question:  $35.

Our newsletter "THE VOICE" is published at least six times per year and is usually 16-20 pages long filled with important information no mobilehome owner should be without. News articles from around California. Tips and Suggestions. Articles written by attorneys. Legislative updates telling you which bills to support and oppose. Important laws are explained. THE VOICE is endorsed as the best newsletter in the State - see column to right. Note: The newsletter is mailed to your home in confidence - your manager will not know!

Legal Questions/Problems: Join our reduced fee legal services program ($25/year).  Our attorney is ready to assist you with your legal questions.  He will write a letter in your behalf for $100, answer a legal question for $35, and/or chat with you for $75.

Legislation:  We are your voice in Sacramento. We are part of a coalition of organizations working on passing legislation helpful to you. We also work hard to defeat legislation that would hurt you.

List of Attorneys: We recommend attorneys familiar with mobilehome law to help with litigation or give advice. It’s your dime of course, but their fees are reasonable and they have experience with the MRL and other laws regarding mobilehomes in rental parks.

Now every CoMO-CAL member is automatically a member of CARA (California Alliance for Retired Americans). They represent 800,000 members in California. This is a $10 value.
