Ultimately we will make a difference because we have members.  Membership today costs only about five cents a day and we can guarantee your life as an owner of a mobilehome would be different if just 10% of the owners joined.  It is so important that you become informed!  What you don't know can and will hurt you.

NOTE:  It takes about 30 days to process your membership.

We offer "reduced rate legal services."  They are provided by attorneys versed in the laws that protect us as owners of mobilehomes.  No one offers such services.  Membership is just $25/year.  Think of it as insurance - you never know when you need an attorney.  There is a 90 day waiting period for new members.  Charges are as follows:  $75/consultation, $100/letter, and $35/simple email question.  Members who have used this service have been very satisfied.  To join, simply include an additional $25 to your membership below - and write "legal" on the memo line of your check.
