CoMo-CAL — Advocates For You

We do not know you exist unless you register with us.  Registration is simple.  Simply click on "How To Register" and follow the instructions.  It only takes a couple of minutes.  Once registered, we know your name and email address and you will receive the benefits listed below.

FREE BENEFITS TO YOU WHEN YOU REGISTER

1.  ALERT NETWORK:  When you register you can get FREE ALERTS.  Just send us an email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) with your mailing address, phone number, and park name.  We will add you to our data base and our "Alert Network."   We often send out important information as an "ALERT."  In fact, during our battle to defeat Proposition 90 and later Proposition 98, we sent out many Alerts.  The ALERT NETWORK helps keep you and other mobilehome owners across the state informed.  Remember, this is a FREE SERVICE.

2.  When you register, more information is available to you on this site, for example you can see the UPO (Unscrupulous Park Owner) section and more up to date newsletters.

MEMBERSHIP IN CoMO-CAL

Unfortunately registration is not the same as MEMBERSHIP.  We are a membership organization, i.e. membership dues allow us to operate this website, send out THE VOICE, THE WHISPER, ALERTS, function in Sacramento, and many other services. Our goal is to UNITE, COMMUNICATE with, and EDUCATE mobilehome owners.  This goal can only be achieved with MEMBERS.  If only 10% of all mobilehome owners in California joined, we would guarantee results!!

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER IN CoMO-CAL

Becoming a member is simple.  Download our Membership Application - the link can be found in the LEFT COLUMN.   Print it, and fill it out, PLEASE PRINT.  Send it to CoMO-CAL, P.O. Box 4821, Chatsworth, Ca. 91313 with a check - $20/year, $38/2 years, or $54/3 years.  We also offer an annual subscription to THE VOICE for only $12 (included with membership) - only to those who DO NOT want to join us or those who can not afford the $20.  At least you will be informed!

LEGAL SERVICES NOW OFFERED

We now offer legal services for members who pay $25/year fee in addition to their membership.  An attorney will write a letter in your behalf for $100, answer a question for $35, or talk with you on the phone for $100.  No where can you find services so inexpensive.  And this attorney usually charges $350/hour and is well versed in laws that cover mobilehome owners.  He is highly recommended.

WHY DO WE NEED YOU AS MUCH AS YOU NEED US?

We are in a war.  No war was ever won with a few generals.  We need troops!  We need an army!  We need YOU!  When you are a member, you become part of us.  You become part of our growing family of mobilehome owners across the state of California.

WHO WILL KNOW?

Trust us.  We DO NOT SHARE your information.  When a mobilehome owner joins us,  all their information is kept strictly CONFIDENTIAL.  No one knows they are a member of CoMO-CAL, so NO ONE will be retaliated against.  Trust us, we are mobilehome owners just like you.  We have been there and know what you face on a daily basis.
